Region
We ship within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). If your address is outside the delivery zone, please get in touch with us directly so we can make special arrangements to accommodate your requirement.
International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are aimed to be processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, there may be significant delays in the shipment of your order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship from different facilities around the globe, so it may take up to 10 or 30 days until you receive your delivery, depending on the products you ordered, and delays can occasionally occur. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you have eligible tracking. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dimensionists are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Dimensionists are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
